We are available to handle emergency situations outside of normal business hours to keep our customers safe and comfortable.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
We service a wide variety of manufactures for many different types of equipment. Annual maintenance packages are available to both our residential and commercial customers and can be customized to address any specific requests or concerns.

GENERATORS
We service and install both Honeywell and Generac standby generator systems. Working with our trade partners, we are able to accommodate multiple system types including co-gen and whole house generator systems.
Installations

STEAM BOILERS
Whether they're antique or new, steam systems have always been an important portion of our business. We install low pressure (15psi) steam systems from a variety of manufactures and size ratings.

HOT WATER BOILERS
Residential, light, commercial and hydronic systems all fall under our scope. Our main specialty is in high efficiency modulating condensing gas boilers that combine space heating, and domestic hot water needs into one compact efficient system.

FURNACES
We install a wide range of equipment to offer multiple options to our customers for both price and efficiency. Carrier brand equipment is what we primarily install, but we can install any brand to meet your specifications.

AIR CONDITIONERS
From 13 seer, to 21 seer split systems, we are trained in installing a vast variety of equipment to fit any customers needs. We also install ductless mini split heat pump units to offer flexible installations in retrofit and new construction projects.

AIR HANDLERS
We install both residential high efficiency conventional air handling systems, and high velocity systems such as Unico and SpacePak. Depending on your home's construction and layout, we can tailor one of these systems to bring a modern level of comfort without a major renovation by using a top down cooling method.
Generations of Expert Service
Started in 1949 as a small service-only business, Soley Heating & Air Conditioning was originally involved in steam and hydronic heating using natural gas, the latest development in energy. Our customer base originally covered the north east area of Detroit, including Grosse Pointe and Macomb County.
Over the last six decades our business has grown to cover both service and new installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration. Our small team of experts specializes in handling our customers on a personalized level, and we have had the pleasure of doing business with third generation customers.
